Unlike many other firms, we do not outsource our work. Trained and certified Meridian coaches deliver our programs. All work is monitored and managed through our centralized Coaching Center.

Meridian applies a six-point criteria in our coach screening and selection process with an emphasis on project management, facilitation, counseling and coaching skills gained through substantial, real-life business experience in human resource or related positions. We carefully screen and select only those consultants with a dedication to our guiding principle of working with all individual program participants until they successfully achieve 100% of their desired goals and objectives — no matter how long this takes.
