The Meridian Transition Series provides four cost-effective solutions specifically designed for each category of displaced employees.  While each of the individual programs have distinct benefits, they share the following features:
 

Ongoing coaching until a new job or other desired outcome is achieved

Service provided when and where each participant wants it

All coaching delivered one-on-one

Assistance to the company in termination planning

Program overview package provided to each employee at the time of separation

Contact with each affected employee within 24 hours of his or her separation notification

Regular and predictable feedback to the company on a monthly or as needed basis

Meridian Preferred™ - Level 1

In the Preferred Program, Meridian delivers an efficient and user-friendly service that fits the needs of an administrative, technical, professional, or entry-level management employee.  A typical job search for these individuals is generally less complicated and relatively straightforward.  The Preferred Program was carefully designed as a cost-effective alternative to conventional two and three-month outplacement programs. 

 
Meridian Prestige™ - Level 2

The Meridian Prestige Program includes a suite of services that addresses the scope and complexities of the job search for an individual in the middle to upper-middle management level.  Our array of proprietary services blends the best of one-on-one consulting with the latest in high-tech tools and administration support to provide the most comprehensive and effective career transition service available today.

 
Meridian Premier™ - Level 3
