Career Coaching Services |
Meridian Coaches partner with Business School students and alumni to
help them determine their professional goals, develop a career action
plan, and learn to effectively present themselves in order to
demonstrate their added value to the business community. We engage
students and alumni where they are and help them achieve their career
transition, career management, or entrepreneurial goals through Coach
supported proprietary methodology. Our processes are user-friendly,
step-by-step proprietary processes designed exclusively for busy
Business School students or alumni who want results. Coaching is
delivered virtually via phone, email, and video-conferencing. Monthly
progress reports are provided to the sponsoring university to validate
the return on investment. |

Proprietary Career Methodology |
Meridian offers a comprehensive career methodology platform that was
developed exclusively for the B-school student and alumni. Our
career system includes content and exercises to help meet Career
Management (Quantum Career Momentum), Career Transition (Ultimate Career
Launch), Entrepreneurial pathways. These processes ascribe a common
career development language to be used among students, coaches and your
team. Each process carries with it specific deliverables, but offers
maximum flexibility to meet a student or alumni where they are, and to
empower them to achieve their ultimate career objectives. Our
methodology is used within the Career Coaching program. It is also
available through a licensing agreement. |

Customized Career Center Portal |
Meridian's Coaching services
include access to our proprietary career center portal, Meridian Career
Navigator, allowing Coaches to point students and alumni to online
modules and resources. Clients engage in self-directed assignments
between coaching sessions in order to prepare for their next meeting.
This practice allows the coaching sessions to stay focused on
individualized problem-solving rather than skills development,
facilitating faster and more targeted results. Clients can access
this component 24-7. Branding with the school's logo and
other customized options are available. |

Resume Review Services |
Meridian offers
professional resume review services to support your career center needs.
Resume review services include an intense review and feedback of an
existing resume document, formatting services, and a final edit and
proof. Resume review services may compliment Coaching services that
focus primarily on the document content. |

Career Center Staffing |
Utilizing
Meridian University Solutions for your career center staffing can be a
cost effective alternative to the expense, administrative burden, and
liability of a traditional employer-employee relationship. Entrusting
Meridian with your human resource functions allows you to focus on your
career center activities and provides administrative relief from many
employment responsibilities such as payroll, income tax reporting,
employee benefits, workers compensation, and general liability.
Flexibility
Working schedules can be rapidly adjusted up and down as necessary to
meet variable student demands without interfering with fulltime employee
policies and procedures. Changes are as simple as a call to us.
Scalability
The number of outsourced staff members can easily be raised or lowered
to accommodate changing workload demands due to increased or decreased
student enrollment, holiday or summer breaks, or budget constraints.
Administration
We manage all administrative/management activities thus freeing the
Career Center to concentrate on student services.
Recruitment
We oversee the screening and hiring (with the school's approval) of all
additions or replacements of outsourced career center staff.
Liability
We assume all liability for payroll taxes, deductions, Worker's
Compensation claims, general liability coverage, etc.
